The Bat family

I'm a big Batman fan. Always have been since catching the Adam West reruns as a kid. Many years and comics later I came across the Justice League cartoon and was fascinated by the tension between Bats and Wonder Woman, often finding myself shouting at the screen for one of them to grow a pair and make a move. Years later still, I get my wife hooked onto JL too and she becomes as big a fan of Wonder Woman as I am of Batman. Our first child (Oliver) already has 'Batman' as one of his first proper words (without too much prompting I might add), and with our second due in the next couple of months I really wanted to do this picture.

For me this is the next step up in regards to drawing as it is my first attempt to ink without just doing it in Photoshop. I used proper drawing pens, but may move onto inks at some point if I get brave enough.
